Seller Instructions

How to Sell Digital Goods

Launch Mini App: Open @tonlyx_bot and tap "Create Deal".
Fill Deal Details: Specify exact product title, detailed description, amount, and select an inspection period (1 to 24 hours). Thorough item description helps avoid potential dispute claims.
Send Link: Send the generated invitation link to your buyer in Telegram.
Wait for Payment & Inspection: Once buyer deposits funds into the secure escrow account, product access opens. Buyer verifies it within the deal's inspection timer.
Receive Payout: Upon timer expiration or direct buyer confirmation, funds become instantly available for withdrawal.

Buyer Instructions

How to Buy Digital Goods

Open Deal Link: Click the invitation link sent by the seller in Telegram.
Review Terms: Verify item description, price, and inspection timer limit.
Deposit Payment: Confirm participation and pay the deal. Funds are locked on our escrow account until proper receipt is confirmed.
Verify Item: Access product details provided by seller and test functionality before inspection timer expires.
Complete Deal: Click "Confirm Receipt" to release payment to seller, or open a dispute if any product issues arise.

Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

If the delivered digital item does not match description, is non-functional, or seller fails to provide access, buyer has the right to open a dispute before inspection timer expires.

1. Opening a Dispute

Buyer can open a dispute prior to deal completion if seller failed to meet agreed deal conditions.

2. In-App Dispute Chat

Opening a dispute opens an in-app dispute chat between buyer and seller to attempt peaceful resolution and preserve full chat history for potential admin review.

3. tonlyx Arbitrator Intervention

If parties cannot reach agreement, an arbitrator @tonlyx_support steps in to review evidence and issue a fair refund or payout.
